What you will do

• Define and lead the AI product vision for clinical practice management systems to improve healthcare workflows through automation.
• Drive the full product lifecycle for new AI features from ideation and prototyping to validation and scaling.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering and data science teams.
• Establish and track success metrics including OKRs, KPIs, adoption rates, and model performance.
• Conduct in-depth user research with healthcare professionals to ensure AI solutions address clinical needs.
• Ensure strict compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act, and other relevant data privacy and safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of leading 0-to-1 initiatives from concept to scale.
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, predictive systems, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience in Healthcare IT, MedTech, EHR systems, or clinical decision support tools is highly desirable.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR or EU AI Act in product development.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a strong builder mindset.
