What you will do

  • Design and structure the hirify.global Ambassador Program and manage the associated toolkit.
  • Lead outbound sourcing and relationship building to recruit credible ambassadors.
  • Conduct 1:1 intake processes to align ambassador motivations with program goals.
  • Identify and establish strategic community partnerships with aligned communities or education providers.
  • Gather and surface product feedback from ambassadors and partners to the PM team.
  • Track and report on program health across internal cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in community-led growth, partnerships, developer advocacy, influencer marketing, or startup growth.
  • Proven track record of running an ambassador or advocate program.
  • Strong networking instincts and ability to identify credible community figures.
  • High external EQ and experience managing relationships across different geographies and time zones.
  • English: C1+ required (company language).
  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco, Boston, or New York.

  • Experience with partnership structures, sponsorships, or co-marketing agreements.
