What you will do

  • Identify and develop new B2B and B2G partnership opportunities across Brazil.
  • Establish relationships with enterprises, universities, NGOs, and institutional partners.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations and strategic meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Structure partnership models and detailed proposals.
  • Manage the partnership development pipeline and process.
  • Collaborate on the creation of the commercial playbook for the Brazilian market.

Requirements

  • Experience selling B2B education, corporate learning, or EdTech solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in early-stage, fast-paced environments.
  • Highly proactive and hands-on approach to business development.
  • Must be based in Brazil to support the regional B2B/B2G operation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with L&D, ESG, employability, or impact-driven initiatives.
