What you will do

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, including water heaters, pumps, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Manage and repair refrigeration systems, central plant operations (chillers), and boiler plant systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment from brands such as Hobart, Blodgett, and Garland.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints to resolve facility-related issues.
• Train junior personnel in building systems and electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to ensure property operational standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
• 5 years of experience in the hotel/casino industry.
• Journeyman Engineer certification with proficiency across plumbing, welding, and electrical disciplines.
• Boiler operator license (Level 3 or 4) or equivalent experience.
• Proof of technical training (QE-Qualified Employee) and basic electricity knowledge.
• Experience with low- and high-voltage electrical systems and conduit installation.
