What you will do

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff on shift to ensure efficient service request completion.
• Implement and manage the preventive maintenance program for building systems.
• Provide training and leadership to operations staff to expand their technical capabilities.
• Oversee contracted maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety and hazardous material policies.
• Manage inventory, order parts, and prepare purchase-order requests for tools and supplies.
• Assume Chief Engineer responsibilities as necessary to ensure safe and cost-effective operations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work 100% in-office in Seattle, WA
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 5+ years of related work experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent preferred
• Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
