What you will do

• Coordinate pitching workflows across the department to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Gather and analyze weekly streaming activity and account-level metrics for health reports.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for platform pitches and ensure submissions meet partner requirements.
• Educate internal teams on DSP tools like Spotify for Artists, YouTube Studio, and Apple Music for Artists.
• Facilitate communication between commerce, marketing, and relationship teams to align on release goals.
• Track key releases and identify performance trends to provide actionable operational data.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in music coordination, digital distribution, or data-heavy administrative roles.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience navigating DSP back-end tools such as Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, or YouTube Studio.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workflows.
• Strong interpersonal skills for nurturing internal relationships and solving tactical problems.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
