What you will do

• Design and execute college-centric data reporting and advanced analytics to support financial and strategic decision-making.
• Manage external data submissions for national surveys and state reports including IPEDS and FL Board of Governors.
• Collaborate with university offices to align data standards, security protocols, and analytics capabilities.
• Monitor enrollment trends, tuition revenue, and curriculum changes to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Represent the college on university committees focused on enrollment management, scheduling, and data systems.
• Provide direction and oversight for department course schedulers to ensure accurate and timely academic operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tampa, FL or able to work 100% on campus.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in data reporting, analysis, or administration.
• Strong command of SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling (Excel).
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proficiency with institutional data systems like PeopleSoft/Oracle or Ellucian Banner.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in data analytics, business intelligence, or statistics.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Experience with basic machine learning applications.
• Prior experience in higher education or complex, data-driven organizations.
