What you will do

  • Set up and scale HR operations in Tunisia, ensuring processes are efficient and compliant with local standards.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and end-to-end exit management.
  • Coordinate country-specific benefits, sickness cases, and visa/immigration processes.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and global strategies.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and digital personnel files within the HRIS.
  • Streamline and harmonize HR workflows across multiple countries to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, HR, or Business.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally within an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations and payroll processes in Tunisia.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
