What you will do
- Set up and scale HR operations in Tunisia, ensuring processes are efficient and compliant with local standards.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and end-to-end exit management.
- Coordinate country-specific benefits, sickness cases, and visa/immigration processes.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and global strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee data and digital personnel files within the HRIS.
- Streamline and harmonize HR workflows across multiple countries to enhance operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, HR, or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally within an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and payroll processes in Tunisia.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
