An AI Factory Platform Company designing and managing high-performance computing infrastructure for enterprises and neocloud providers.

What you will do

• Perform routine monitoring and basic maintenance on servers and network hardware, including component replacements.
• Execute standard hardware diagnostics and replace failing parts to meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate with software and network engineering teams on overall HPC cluster health.
• Upgrade internal system components, including CPUs, memory, hard drives, and network cables.
• Troubleshoot system issues through logs and tooling to perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, run books, and guides.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• 2-3 years of experience as a data center technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of server hardware, Linux/Unix CLI, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, or RHCSA certifications.
• Familiarity with ERAD and compliance standards.
