What you will do

• Lead complex cloud-native programs within international environments.
• Ensure delivery excellence regarding scope, budget, and quality through strong governance and risk management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Drive business development via cross-selling, up-selling, and pipeline ownership.
• Lead and develop consulting teams, focusing on performance, engagement, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead or Managing Consultant in IT consultancy.
• Extensive experience in complex, long-term enterprise transformations.
• Solid understanding of cloud principles, including Kubernetes, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at the senior level.
• Analytical mindset combined with commercial drive and ownership.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
