TL;DR

Partnerships Lead (Electronics Supply Chain): Building and activating a partner ecosystem and ambassador network in North America to drive revenue with an accent on B2B commercial ownership. Focus on sourcing PCB manufacturers, distributors, and SMT equipment vendors while operationalizing the referral channel.

Location: New York (hybrid) or Remote (East or Central time zone strongly preferred)

Salary: €109.5K – €129.1K OTE

What you will do

  • Activate and expand the North American ambassador network of industry experts, equipment vendors, and consultants.
  • Source and sign new PCB and distributor partners (API, Quote, and Stocking) to grow the network.
  • Own the full commercial cycle from outreach and qualification to closing and long-term relationship management.
  • Develop and document repeatable playbooks for partner sourcing, outreach, and activation.
  • Attend key industry trade shows and conferences to seed deals and build strategic relationships.
  • Drive real commercial outcomes including signed partner ARR and influenced revenue.

Requirements

  • Strong existing network within the electronics industry (distribution, EMS software, or supply chain).
  • Experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS commercial ownership with deal sizes in the $5k–$30k ARR range.
  • Ability to manage both relationship-led channel building and transactional partner closing.
  • Based in the East or Central time zone for collaboration with the EMEA team.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel to industry events.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and AI-assisted sourcing workflows.
  • Operator mindset with a bias for documentation and structured playbooks.
