TL;DR

Location: Fully remote initially, moving into a hybrid based role in Philippines, Bulgaria, Hungary, or Poland

What you will do

  • Monitor platform systems and live games using observability tools to detect anomalies in performance and gameplay.
  • Identify, classify, and escalate incidents, coordinating their investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain dashboards and alerts while following procedures, runbooks, and escalation paths.
  • Support operator onboarding by validating readiness and monitoring go-live checkpoints.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to highlight and resolve systemic issues.
  • Continuously improve monitoring, automation, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, NOC, live operations, or production support.
  • Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools.
  • Ability to work in real-time, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong communication and structured thinking.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Philippines, Bulgaria, Hungary, or Poland as the role transitions to hybrid.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming or gaming environments.
  • Familiarity with Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of incident management frameworks.
  • Exposure to onboarding or release processes.
