TL;DR

Sr IT Systems Engineer (Apple/Jamf): Managing the full lifecycle of macOS devices and optimizing Google Workspace for a global workforce with an accent on automation and security compliance. Focus on implementing AI-powered productivity tools, scaling Jamf Pro administration, and ensuring CIS compliance across the Apple ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid in Manila (BGC), Philippines (must visit the office at least one day a week). Working hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT to overlap with US Pacific Time.

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle management of macOS devices using Jamf Pro and lead OS/software patching processes.
  • Administer and optimize Google Workspace, managing user accounts, security settings, and integrations.
  • Automate provisioning and deployment workflows using Python, Bash, Zapier, and Workato.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools to improve IT workflows and team efficiency.
  • Manage IT tickets and escalations via Jira Service Management, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Collaborate with global security and compliance teams to enforce CIS compliance standards and security policies.

Requirements

  • Jamf certified with 6+ years of hands-on Jamf Pro experience.
  • 6+ years of IT Systems Engineering experience specifically focused on the Apple ecosystem.
  • 8+ years of overall IT support experience.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace administration, SaaS platform management, and role-based access controls.
  • Equivalent of a U.S. 4-year bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with productivity-focused AI integrations.
  • Administrative experience with Zoom, Slack, and Confluence for knowledge management.
