What you will do

• Lead the overall strategy for the Activities portfolio, including compounds, creative play, and arts and crafts.
• Define consumer positioning, product stories, and go-to-market messaging for key brands like Colorific and Crazy Aaron’s.
• Manage the annual and seasonal line planning process, evaluating new concepts and category gaps.
• Partner with Sales to support retailer line reviews, previews, and sell-in strategies.
• Analyze consumer and category trends to identify white space opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative, and Licensing teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or category management.
• Experience working with physical consumer products, ideally within toys, activities, or family-focused goods.
• Strong expertise in brand positioning, product storytelling, and retail needs.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios, build line plans, and drive commercial growth.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Norristown (PA), Richardson (TX), or Los Angeles (CA).
