What you will do

• Lead network benchmarking, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical workshops.
• Manage mobile network lifecycle activities including rollout, swaps, and modernization projects.
• Perform RF optimization, performance management, and capacity planning for LTE and 5G environments.
• Analyze RAN KPIs, parameters, and performance impact to ensure network stability.
• Mentor technical teams and lead customer-facing engagements.
• Conduct initial tuning, drive test analysis, and network audits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications with leadership responsibilities.
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar field.
• Fluent English communication skills (B2+ mandatory).
• Deep expertise in 3GPP standards, 5G NR, and RAN features.
• Strong proficiency with planning and optimization tools like ATOLL, TEMS Discovery, and NetAct.
• Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Open RAN concepts.
• Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and Python.
• Fluency in French or Spanish.
