What you will do

• Plan and guide the installation of new software systems or modifications to existing ones.
• Perform diagnostics and provide technical support for enterprise software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for prospective and existing customers.
• Analyze data to determine hardware configurations and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, development, and management teams to resolve customer issues and improve products.
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the Enterprise Software or Content Management marketplace.
• Strong knowledge of Mainframe z/OS, JCL, and TSO.
• Expertise in operating systems including Windows, Linux, and z/OS.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or REXX.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ECM Archive solutions like CMOD, Filenet, or Mobius.
• Experience with formatted print streams (AFP, Xerox, PDF, Postscript).
• Database knowledge including Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience working as a satellite/remote employee.
