What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for BioPharma clients and internal cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new patient recruitment programs.
• Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and objectives to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage program financials and provide insight-driven reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize recruitment materials and digital assets.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Must reside within the EST or CST time zones
• 2+ years of project or trial management experience within the pharmaceutical industry or CROs.
• University degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and budgets.
• Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
