What you will do

• Provide cross-functional leadership for product launches and improvements, focusing on Design Control and NPI.
• Facilitate program planning by coordinating with R&D, Engineering, Stats, QA, and Operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines, managing dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
• Track team progress and provide detailed status reports and KPIs to management.
• Organize team meetings, resolve issues, and manage action items.
• Generate project documentation, including protocols and reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a comparable field.
• 2-3 years of program management experience in the biotech space.
• Educational background in molecular biology or genetics testing.
• Experience with GANTT charts and project planning.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Nice to have

• Certification or formal training in Program or Project Management.
• Experience using resource management tools.
