Program Manager, Clinician Training & LMS (AI): Designing and executing the end-to-end clinician onboarding and training ecosystem for an AI-powered healthcare platform with an accent on content strategy and LMS administration. Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $131,000 – $150,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end clinician onboarding and training programs across all implementations.
- Manage the monthly training update cadence aligned with product release cycles.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive curriculum across live, virtual, and self-serve formats.
- Administer the LMS, including configuration, partner-specific pages, and engagement reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, PMM, and Implementation teams to ensure content accuracy.
- Track training effectiveness through metrics and feedback loops to iterate on the training model.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in clinician training, L&D, or enablement roles, ideally in health tech.
- Proven experience in end-to-end content production for various formats.
- Experience implementing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Strong project management skills to handle monthly cadences and competing requests.
- Ability to build trust and work cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Ops stakeholders.
- Must be based in the US to align with geographic compensation tiers and benefits.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Epic.
- Experience with video and deck production tools like Tight Studio, Loom, or Pitch.
- Background working in Partner Experience or Customer Success organizations.
