Salary: $131,000 – $150,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end clinician onboarding and training programs across all implementations.
• Manage the monthly training update cadence aligned with product release cycles.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive curriculum across live, virtual, and self-serve formats.
• Administer the LMS, including configuration, partner-specific pages, and engagement reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, PMM, and Implementation teams to ensure content accuracy.
• Track training effectiveness through metrics and feedback loops to iterate on the training model.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in clinician training, L&D, or enablement roles, ideally in health tech.
• Proven experience in end-to-end content production for various formats.
• Experience implementing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong project management skills to handle monthly cadences and competing requests.
• Ability to build trust and work cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Ops stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US to align with geographic compensation tiers and benefits.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Epic.
• Experience with video and deck production tools like Tight Studio, Loom, or Pitch.
• Background working in Partner Experience or Customer Success organizations.
