Location: On-site in Arganda del Rey (Madrid), Spain. Relocation is required.

What you will do

• Lead technical systems matters and coordinate system engineering activities with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Manage the production of all technical deliverables and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure efficient contributions and reviews of high-level deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet critical milestones.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and align them with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in complex engineering projects.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and large institutional or commercial projects.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Ground Segment engineering, including hardware, software, and operations.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain Personal Security Clearance (PSC) up to ESA SECRET / EU SECRET.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in any other European language.
