Installation Coordinator (ATM)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; candidates must reside in the province of Barcelona. Hybrid work may be discussed.

hirify.global manages ATM installation operations and related customer, supplier, and stakeholder coordination.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and control detailed ATM installation plans.
• Manage civil works and activity licenses with municipalities.
• Coordinate suppliers, customers, and internal and external stakeholders across installation projects.
• Manage day-to-day installation activities, reporting, project issues, and escalations.
• Identify installation risks and take action to prevent or minimize them.
• Ensure installations are delivered on time, within budget, to the required quality standards, and in line with business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, supplier management, and managing SLAs.
• Degree or experience in Business or Engineering; Architects and Technical Architects will also be considered.
• Residence in the province of Barcelona.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Decision-making, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to travel frequently in Spain and occasionally abroad.

Nice to have

• Experience with municipal civil works licensing.
• Retail banking background.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
