Senior Network Engineer - Infra (AWS/Terraform)

What you will do

• Design, implement, operate, and improve production network infrastructure.
• Build and operate AWS networking, including VPCs, routing, Transit Gateway or Cloud WAN concepts, and Route 53.
• Manage Layer 3 switching and routing, firewalls, VPN technologies, and hybrid connectivity between on-premises environments and AWS.
• Create and maintain network infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production network incidents while participating in incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with connectivity, architecture, platform, security, and application teams; maintain documentation and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Production experience as a Network Engineer.
• Hands-on enterprise networking experience with routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, VXLAN, routing protocols, network security, and high-availability network design.
• Practical AWS networking experience, including Route 53.
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure or networking resources.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in environments with change management and on-call responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Cloud WAN or other cloud technologies.
• Network automation or scripting experience.
• Exposure to PCI DSS, ISO, or other compliance-driven environments.
• Experience with always-on 24/7 production systems and network observability or monitoring.
