What you will do

• Organize and execute offline and online events, including meetups, webinars, and workshops, to drive user engagement.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local crypto communities, student groups, and universities to expand regional reach.
• Manage and moderate online communities across the ES-LATAM region, primarily in Mexico, via Telegram, Facebook, and Discord.
• Recruit, train, and manage the hirify.global Angels volunteer program, ensuring high performance tracking.
• Create and localize community content in Spanish and English for regional relevance.
• Collect user insights and market trends to help optimize regional strategies.

Requirements

• Based in Mexico City.
• 3-5 years of experience in events and community management or related roles.
• Proven track record of organizing events and maintaining a wide array of production contacts in Mexico City.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Deep knowledge of the Web 3.0 ecosystem, fintech, and hirify.global products (Spot, P2P, Futures, NFT).
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for community engagement and content generation.
