Influencer Marketing Manager Middle (Fintech)

Location: Mexico; hybrid work from one of the offices or remote work is available. Relocation support to Mexico is provided for the employee and family.

A fintech product company developing digital financial solutions and customer acquisition programs for Spanish-speaking markets.

What you will do

• Manage approximately 30 influencer partnerships and placements independently each month.
• Build influencer relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate campaign execution from outreach through reporting.
• Launch, optimize, and report on influencer campaigns with the Performance Marketing team.
• Monitor CAC, conversion, ROI, and other performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage campaign budgets and test new customer acquisition hypotheses.
• Maintain and expand the influencer database using CRM tools and influencer management platforms.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Understanding of the influencer landscape across Spanish-speaking markets.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns and analyzing CAC, conversion, and ROI.
• Experience with CRM systems or influencer management platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confident use of AI productivity tools.
