What you will do
- Develop accurate estimates and quotations for spare parts, service work, and rebuild/retrofit projects.
- Review RFQs, drawings, and technical specifications to clarify scope and assumptions.
- Create cost models covering material, labor, subcontracting, and freight.
- Support technical sales by recommending solutions and presenting value propositions.
- Coordinate internal bid reviews to ensure technical compliance and margin targets.
- Manage quotation documentation within CRM/ERP systems like SAP.
Requirements
- BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
- 8+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with industrial furnaces or relevant industrial equipment/processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP fluency is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites and other company facilities.
