What you will do

• Develop accurate estimates and quotations for spare parts, service work, and rebuild/retrofit projects.
• Review RFQs, drawings, and technical specifications to clarify scope and assumptions.
• Create cost models covering material, labor, subcontracting, and freight.
• Support technical sales by recommending solutions and presenting value propositions.
• Coordinate internal bid reviews to ensure technical compliance and margin targets.
• Manage quotation documentation within CRM/ERP systems like SAP.

Requirements

• BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with industrial furnaces or relevant industrial equipment/processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP fluency is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites and other company facilities.
