What you will do

• Manage technical clarification for customer inquiries regarding machinery upgrades, conversions, and new machines.
• Conduct quality inspections of kits, conversions, and machines.
• Support order processing, purchasing, and sales teams to minimize response times and ensure technical accuracy.
• Maintain and update detailed history files for equipment installed at customer sites.
• Collaborate with global teams to clarify technical documentation and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, design, or engineering roles.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Ability to interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German for technical documentation and global communication.
