What you will do

• Lead a team of technical specialists to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Own the configuration, administration, and optimization of SaaS and Cloud platforms including Monday.com, Shotgrid, and Wasabi.
• Plan, test, deliver, and onboard new platforms and major Cloud solution updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze recurring incidents to proactively implement fixes and preventative improvements.
• Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and playbooks for support teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with advanced application support and troubleshooting for SaaS and Cloud-based platforms.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, conducting performance reviews, and coaching specialists.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with essential business teams.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work full time onsite in Nottingham, UK.
