What you will do

  • Lead and manage a 24/7 Application Platform Support function across multiple enterprise clients and platforms.
  • Ensure operational coverage, shift management, and service continuity across all support tiers.
  • Monitor and optimize operational KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and overall support performance metrics.
  • Take full ownership of major incidents and critical service escalations from initiation through to resolution.
  • Drive operational maturity, automation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level communication during service disruptions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience within Application Support, Managed Services, Platform Operations, or IT Operations.
  • Proven experience managing 24/7 operational support teams in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong technical background in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud operations, or infrastructure support.
  • Demonstrable experience managing major incidents and high-pressure escalations end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned service management practices.
  • Must be based in London, UK to support the hybrid working model.
