What you will do
- Establish a trusted view of estate performance covering uptime, faults, and campaign delivery.
- Provide structured oversight of performance for internal teams and external partners to ensure accountability.
- Develop and standardize service performance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and service health metrics.
- Analyze the impact of service performance on revenue and brand to reduce revenue leakage.
- Support the evolution of monitoring and analytics capabilities, including AI-driven analysis.
Requirements
- Technical familiarity with large-scale distributed digital infrastructure, connectivity, and digital signage.
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis capabilities to translate findings into actionable narratives.
- Commercial awareness of how technical performance impacts client outcomes and revenue.
- Ability to influence and drive action across technical and commercial teams without direct line authority.
- Digital fluency with modern tools, including AI-enabled platforms.
