What you will do

• Design innovative customer packages and price loans based on risk and profitability.
• Service assigned portfolios to increase market share and promote loan products.
• Deepen wallet share and cross-sell organizational products to existing customers to drive retention.
• Collaborate with Analysts on credit packages and participate in consensus decision-making.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions using sound credit analysis skills.
• Conduct frequent travel (50-70%) to meet with customers outside of the office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Accounting, Finance, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in lending, credit analysis, and/or sales within financial services or agricultural credit organizations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to act as a trusted advisor.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Huron, SD, US.
