What you will do
- Plan and execute presence at third-party conferences, sponsored events, and owned experiences end-to-end.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and swag with high precision.
- Coordinate with sales and SDR teams to drive pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
- Track event performance against pipeline and engagement metrics to optimize future planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, venues, and partners in the developer and security ecosystem.
- Support additional marketing programs including internal events and swag management.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in event marketing or demand generation at a tech company.
- Familiarity with developer tools, open source, or cloud infrastructure ecosystems.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for events and offsites.
- Ability to lift and transport event materials up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- Experience with event management tools such as Splash, Bizzabo, or Goldcast.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking event ROI and pipeline influence.
