What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution for hirify.global's integration ecosystem and developer platform APIs.
• Lead the documentation function, including SDK configuration, API references, and tutorials.
• Partner with EPD to connect documentation to the product experience and resolve adoption gaps.
• Manage developer communities across Discord, social media, and events to drive signups and support deflection.
• Deliver education programs such as workshops and deep dives on tracing and debugging.
• Establish relationships with platform partners and toolmakers to extend hirify.global's reach.

Requirements

• 7+ years in developer relations, developer experience, or a related technical role.
• 3+ years of experience managing people.
• Proven track record of building developer communities that drive measurable product outcomes.
• Experience influencing developer platforms, integration ecosystems, or SDK surfaces.
• Strong technical writing instincts and the ability to validate code samples.
