Partner Solutions Architect (Cloud Data Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own technical enablement strategies for reseller, distributor, and alliance partners.
• Build partner capability through workshops, bootcamps, hands-on labs, onboarding programs, coaching, and mentoring.
• Provide architecture guidance, solution validation, design reviews, and technical escalation support for complex partner-led opportunities.
• Develop repeatable solution patterns, technical content, reference architectures, and best-practice guidance.
• Build technical communities and connect partner leaders with hirify.global experts, sales, alliance, marketing, and field teams.
• Capture ecosystem insights and help drive partner-led pipeline creation, portfolio adoption, and technical strategy.

Requirements

• Significant experience in technical presales, solution architecture, consulting, partner enablement, or related technical leadership.
• Experience working with channel partners, distributors, system integrators, or alliance partners.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, cloud, data infrastructure, and solution architecture practices.
• Experience aligning technical enablement with commercial priorities and developing capability through coaching or mentoring.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cisco, NVIDIA, and Commvault technologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, influencing, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technical role within a sales, channel, or alliance organization.
• Experience scaling technical communities and enablement programs.
• Experience creating blogs, whitepapers, workshops, or conference sessions.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cyber resilience, hybrid cloud, or modern data infrastructure architectures.
• Experience working across multiple countries, partner ecosystems, or alliances.
