Location: Hybrid (Copenhagen, Denmark). Requires 4 days in the office.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Data Platform & Governance squad, fostering engineering culture and psychological safety.
• Manage the performance and professional development of 5–10 engineers through regular 1:1s and growth plans.
• Drive the delivery of reliable data pipelines, storage, and modelling that the whole organization can trust.
• Define and implement data governance and quality standards in partnership with the Insights & Data team.
• Enable AI ambitions by ensuring data is structured, accessible, and ready for product and engineering squads.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading engineering teams.
• Strong background in data engineering, data platform, or data infrastructure.
• Ability to operate in an actively defined space and co-create the mission and end-state.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen office.
