What you will do

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of digital solutions from proof of concept to operational deployment.
• Manage delivery governance, project documentation, and the development of scalable delivery processes.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for a range of digital products and technologies.
• Facilitate Agile delivery activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams, operations, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support deployment and commissioning activities directly at customer mining sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Honours Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience within mining, heavy industry, or related operational environments.
• Proven experience coordinating technical projects across multiple stakeholders or sites.
• Exposure to digital systems, industrial technologies, edge devices, or cloud-based platforms.
• Must currently hold full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Must be based in Australia.

• Experience supporting mining equipment such as excavators or dump trucks.
