What you will do
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of digital solutions from proof of concept to operational deployment.
- Manage delivery governance, project documentation, and the development of scalable delivery processes.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for a range of digital products and technologies.
- Facilitate Agile delivery activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams, operations, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support deployment and commissioning activities directly at customer mining sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Honours Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience within mining, heavy industry, or related operational environments.
- Proven experience coordinating technical projects across multiple stakeholders or sites.
- Exposure to digital systems, industrial technologies, edge devices, or cloud-based platforms.
- Must currently hold full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Must be based in Australia.
