Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s Hub facilities in Eveleigh, NSW, Australia (includes regular weekend and evening work for Tier 1 sports)

What you will do

• Serve as primary client-facing technical representative, translating requirements into workflows and managing communications during live productions.
• Supervise Hub technical operations including video, audio, routing, replay, comms, and IP infrastructure for seamless execution.
• Coordinate operational teams (Vision, Audio, EVS, NOC, Transmission) and monitor signals between Hub, OBs, and remote sites.
• Lead on-shift operations, provide mentoring to staff, ensure handovers, and foster collaborative environment.
• Participate in pre-production planning, resource coordination, post-event debriefs, and quality compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in live broadcast or technical production environments
• Proven client-facing supervisory experience in broadcast operations
• Strong knowledge of Hub/centralized workflows and IP systems (SMPTE 2110, Dante, MADI, NMOS)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and high-pressure management skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and incident management
