What you will do

• Support USV demonstrations and test events, including setup, launch, live operations, and teardown.
• Perform inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of vessels and onboard systems.
• Manage demo logistics, including equipment staging, transport, and site setup.
• Monitor vessel navigation, propulsion, and communications during live operations.
• Document demo activities, test procedures, and performance notes to support engineering improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, robotics, maritime studies, or business operations.
• Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (ITAR/EAR compliance).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to West Palm Beach, Florida.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort working in outdoor maritime environments (docks, boats).
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends to support demo schedules.

Nice to have

• U.S. Coast Guard OUPV (6-Pack) Captain’s License or ability to obtain one.
• Prior experience operating boats or working in maritime environments.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
• Exposure to robotics and unmanned systems field operations.
