What you will do

• Establish accurate RF system calibration capabilities and implement end-to-end test procedures.
• Design and maintain test infrastructure at the DC-area office and future deployment sites.
• Develop and refine Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) for low to medium volume production.
• Validate timing accuracy, latency, and phase coherence in RF systems.
• Lead the calibration and characterization of GNSS hardware and antennas.
• Manage calibration records and qualification documentation for internal and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on RF testbench experience in production or advanced development.
• Proficiency with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, channel emulators, and power meters.
• Experience building or managing a calibration program.
• Proven track record of writing and executing ATPs for production hardware.
• Knowledge of RF parameters: gain, noise figure, IIP3, phase noise, VSWR, and spurious emissions.
• US citizenship required

Nice to have

• Experience with sensing systems, maritime hardware, or defense RF systems.
• Familiarity with SDR platforms.
