What you will do

• Assess customer needs and evaluate technical feasibility during early engagements in partnership with Sales and Product teams.
• Configure, test, and validate robotic systems in the lab and adapt them to unique customer production environments.
• Lead and project manage on-site deployments, including installation, qualification testing, and production hardening.
• Perform hands-on hardware break-fix repairs and test new software configurations.
• Provide post-deployment support and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for R&D and product teams.
• Serve as the technical representative of the company, ensuring engineering rigor and customer success.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in applications engineering, field robotics, deployment, or solutions engineering.
• Experience in at least one of the following: robotics, motion planning, perception, controls, or automation systems.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix, Robot Operating System (ROS), and Python scripting.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across North America.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including some weekends, nights, and on-call hours.
