What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine control and site positioning systems via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Provide first-call resolution to minimize equipment downtime for heavy civil construction customers.
• Interpret and analyze complex construction data formats to support field operations.
• Travel to customer sites as required to perform hands-on technical support.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
• Basic understanding of GNSS principles and machine control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic tools, computers, and tablets.
• Ability to read and interpret construction data formats.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in technical support or construction technology.
• Surveying experience or familiarity with major site positioning systems.
• Civil engineering background or related coursework.
• Manufacturer certifications in machine control or positioning technology.
