Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Must be based in the Netherlands; the company is not able to support with relocation or sponsoring a work visa.

Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and execute the planning and control cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and the 3-year business plan for DACH and emerging markets.
• Partner with commercial teams to drive revenue growth management, focusing on pricing, promotions, and assortment effectiveness.
• Analyze customer and assortment profitability to provide insights on contribution margins and promotional mechanics.
• Improve decision quality through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and the development of structured business cases.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by implementing BI and planning tools across various markets.
• Lead cross-market initiatives regarding pricing architecture and reporting improvements to drive behavioral change.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Control or Commercial Finance as a trusted business partner.
• Hands-on experience with P&L ownership, including sales, margin, operating expenses, and EBIT performance.
• Deep understanding of revenue growth management (RGM) fundamentals.
• Proficiency with BI and planning tools such as Power BI or Jedox.
• English: C1+ proficiency is required for influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands.
