Calibration Engineer (ICE)

Starting salary: €28,500 per year

What you will do

• Support calibration of control unit functions for powertrain, ADAS, chassis, and E/E vehicle systems.
• Calibrate and optimize internal combustion engine parameters.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate calibration activities across test tracks, test benches, and software-in-the-loop environments.
• Document calibration parameters and measurement results and present findings to customers.
• Develop methods and tools for calibration tasks while supporting project managers and logistics with activity planning.
• Participate in tests and customer appointments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, automotive engineering, or a related field.
• Initial experience applying and validating control unit functions.
• Knowledge of internal combustion engine fundamentals and basic understanding of vehicle systems.
• Good to advanced English language knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and a valid car driver’s license.
• Communication skills, team spirit, and interest in working in international teams.

Nice to have

• Additional truck or trailer driving licenses.
