Location: Hybrid in Poland (opportunity for remote work mentioned).

What you will do
- Define and execute the experimentation roadmap for the merchant journey across onboarding, activation, and retention stages.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the merchant activation rate, including measurement and cross-business reporting.
- Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows using Iterable.
- Design and run structured A/B tests to develop repeatable growth playbooks.
- Analyze behavioral data in Amplitude and Looker to identify drop-off points and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to shape in-app experiences around key merchant milestones.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of building and iterating growth workflows from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Iterable or Braze.
- Proficiency in product analytics tools like Amplitude and Looker.
- Strong A/B testing skills and ability to make data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience with Handlebars (JS-based personalisation), HTML/CSS for email, or basic SQL.
- Knowledge of print-on-demand, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience working with merchants, sellers, or creator-economy audiences.
