What you will do
- Manage demand planning, inventory, and purchase order execution to drive revenue and margin.
- Monitor real-time business trends and POS data to suggest immediate action plans.
- Coordinate forecasting and supply chain management with internal teams and customer replenishment teams.
- Execute trade spend management and input promotional plans into forecasting systems.
- Produce weekly business reports and monthly financial updates with deep-dive performance metrics.
- Build customer presentations and monthly business reviews for account management.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or business analytics within the consumer products industry.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to draw insights from complex data sets for decision-making.
- Must be based in or able to work from Frankfurt am Main (Hybrid).
