What you will do

• Own projects end-to-end from scoping and planning through to technical handover and production sign-off.
• Oversee platform adaptation for specific customer needs and manage feature dependencies across the product lifecycle.
• Ensure strict alignment between the final product and customer requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients to maintain transparency and trust.
• Allocate resources efficiently and ensure budget adherence for optimal performance.
• Set key product metrics, monitor achievements, and maintain high-quality standards through thorough testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within BigTech or AI tech startups.
• Deep familiarity with Voice AI platforms, specifically TTS, ASR, speech recognition systems, and telephony technologies.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify key metrics, and communicate technical requirements to engineering teams.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

• Product management expertise in launching AI and ML products.
