What you will do

  • Lead the implementation of pan-European search strategy, including campaign architecture and market launch sequencing.
  • Define and own KPIs, dashboards, and MI to track performance, budget pacing, and incremental ROI.
  • Scale campaigns across international markets, managing localisation, transcreation, and creative testing.
  • Establish governance, access controls, and safe automation guardrails for ad accounts.
  • Design and execute test & learn frameworks to identify scalable growth levers.
  • Line-manage a Performance Marketing Executive, providing coaching and priority setting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid work model.
  • 5+ years of experience scaling paid search for enterprise clients or large businesses.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Microsoft Ads, and Merchant Center.
  • Experience managing multi-million budgets and building financial forecasts and ROAS targets.
  • Technical proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing APIs.
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation or large-scale eCommerce.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise-level ad account governance and platform migrations.
  • Familiarity with privacy-led measurement and consented data architectures.
