What you will do

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions for diverse robotic systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build and deploy advanced AI models to enhance robotic intelligence and operational precision.
• Create rapid prototypes and production-ready systems for robotics and AI applications.
• Test and validate robotics applications in both simulated and real-world environments.
• Develop synthetic data generation and reinforcement learning pipelines to solve real-world challenges.
• Integrate robotic systems with cloud services to enable scalable and connected architectures.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience with C/C++ and Python.
• Strong expertise in AI-based robotics perception, computer vision, and Agentic systems.
• Advanced experience with robotics simulation and reinforcement learning approaches.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2, and simulation platforms.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, communication protocols, and cloud integration.
• Must be based in Poland.
