What you will do

• Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and high code quality.
• Design and develop distributed systems, internal productivity tools, and multi-agent architectures.
• Manage "build vs. buy/integrate" decisions for AI products, APIs, and custom components.
• Spearhead the evaluation and integration of novel Agentic AI systems, LLMs, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
• Own the full development lifecycle from concept to production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to align innovations with company strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience building large-scale distributed systems (microservices, event-driven architectures).
• High proficiency in Python is mandatory.
• Proven technical leadership experience in defining roadmaps and mentoring engineers.
• Experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into production applications.
• Strong intuition in evaluating third-party tools and vendor solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, AutoGen, Agent Development Kit).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with the ad-tech industry and real-time bidding (RTB) systems.
