What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of agentic AI features from scoping to production.
• Implement and maintain TypeScript and Python codebases for LLM-powered automations.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production AI systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Write clean, well-tested code and lead code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
• Drive technical decisions by staying current with advancements in agentic frameworks and LLM tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying LLM applications or AI agents in production.
• Ability to independently scope and execute complex technical problems with limited guidance.
• Experience automating system support tasks and troubleshooting production issues.
• Strong judgment on reliability, scalability, and production quality trade-offs.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
