What you will do

• Research and experiment with the latest technologies in the ad tech domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the potential for system integration.
• Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to evaluate the effectiveness of new solutions.
• Assess new privacy mechanisms, such as Privacy Sandbox APIs, and suggest improvements via GitHub.
• Explore and create prototypes to improve performance on Android and iOS platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a researcher or engineer.
• Strong technical proficiency in programming and ability to understand complex architectures.
• Ability to build prototypes and experimental solutions.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently without excessive supervision.
• Goal-oriented mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Location: Must be based in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Java, Scala, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Knowledge of PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Experience with BigQuery and GCP.
• Familiarity with Browser Engines and privacy APIs.
